Rock tea, also known as
Jasonia glutinosa, is a traditional aromatic plant used in folk medicine for its excellent digestive, anti-inflammatory and toning properties.
We harvest this
tea responsibly from the
Paramera de Blancas, a natural highland area in
Teruel where it grows wild. We hold official permission for its collection, which is carried out sustainably to preserve the environment and allow the plant to regenerate naturally year after year. After harvesting, it is naturally dried to retain its full flavour, aroma and beneficial qualities.
To this extraordinary plant, we add a hint of our
organic saffron, grown in
Blancas. The
saffron not only enhances the infusion with a fresh, floral note but also reinforces its digestive properties.

HOW TO ENJOY OUR ROCK TEA WITH SAFFRON
To fully enjoy the properties of this
infusion:
- Use approx. 1 gram per cup
- Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5–8 minutes
- Best enjoyed after meals for its digestive benefits or during quiet moments for its soothing effect
- Can also be served chilled as a refreshing, natural drink
For enhanced flavour and comfort, especially in colder months or after heavy meals, add a teaspoon of
honey.
