Payment by Credit Card

We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

When will my card be charged?
We will charge your credit card once your order is confirmed. If an authentication error occurs with your card, your order will not be confirmed and will remain pending payment, allowing you to retry payment. If you return items paid for with a credit card, the amount for the returned goods will be refunded to the account linked to your card once the items are in our warehouse.

3DS Authentication
Our checkout process uses 3DS authentication (Verificate by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey). This service further protects your account by preventing someone else from making purchases in your name. If you need more detailed information or have a problem with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. Unfortunately, we have no control over the payment authentication process, which means we cannot help you with questions related to the authentication of your payments.

Payment by Bizum

If you choose the Bizum payment method, you can pay for your order using your mobile phone. The process is very simple. You will receive a message on your phone and (if you have configured it with your bank) you will have to enter your 4-digit PIN number.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose the bank transfer or direct deposit payment method, you have 5 business days to make the payment. Once we confirm the payment, we will process your order. If you want to expedite this process, we recommend that you send us proof of payment to the email address we will provide when completing your order.
