All Ecodiverso products are handmade with great care once you confirm your order, so the delivery time is 10-15 business days.
However, we sometimes have some items available for express shipping within 48-72 hours. RETURNS
1. How to do it: You may withdraw from your order without reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the purchased Products (or from the last Product, component, or part in the case of delivery of a Product consisting of multiple components or parts).
To this end, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order. You must send your request to the following email address:

ECODIVERSO will confirm receipt of the request and provide details on how to proceed with the return. It will be sufficient for you to send your communication before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and return the item in the manner indicated in writing.
ECODIVERSO will not be the owner of the returned product until it is received at the return address.
2. Effects of withdrawal: ECODIVERSO will refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer, within the period indicated below, subject to the conditions described below:
a) You must return the Products following the instructions we provide in writing within 14 days of the day you notify us of your withdrawal, unless we offer to collect the Products from the location you indicate.
b) If you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest option we offer, ECODIVERSO will not be obligated to reimburse any additional costs arising from this.
c) ECODIVERSO will verify the condition of the returned Products. If the Product has not been unsealed and retains its original packaging, or if the returned Product is in its original packaging, removed from its packaging, or unpackaged, assembled, or used, but is in perfect condition, ECODIVERSO will refund the purchase price of the Product and, where applicable, shipping costs, within five (7) business days of receipt. In the event that ECODIVERSO offers to collect the Product, the refund of the purchase price must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.
If, on the other hand, the Products to be returned have been handled in such a way that they show any type of deterioration that diminishes their value, due to handling in a manner other than that necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and/or operation of the Products, the right of withdrawal will not be admissible in such cases.
d) ECODIVERSO will use the same payment methods you used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, you will not be charged any additional fees that may arise from this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items from you or until you provide proof of having returned the items, whichever comes first.
e) Remember that you must return all parts of the product, including the assembly kit. If the order is subject to a promotion in which one of our products was given away, this must also be returned.
Otherwise, the right of withdrawal will not be accepted.
