Shipping costs

At ecodiverso.com, we always ship through courier companies. The exact cost of your shipment will depend on several factors: the destination, the purchase amount, and the weight or volume of the shipment. This calculation will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

Orders paid by bank transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our checking account.

Whenever you place an order on ecodiverso.com, we will inform you by email when the shipment has been processed. We will also monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any problems. This is why we ask you to provide a telephone number during the order process.

Delivery Time and Day

Please note that courier companies only operate Monday through Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Furthermore, when we provide approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account local or regional holidays at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Shipping companies may deliver throughout the agreed day before 8:00 PM. However, an approximate time may be indicated, which the company will try to meet, but is not obligated to do so. If you are not reached, the shipping company will attempt a second delivery as agreed with you. If you are not reached after the second attempt, you must pick up the order at the shipping company's facilities.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will again be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipping the merchandise.

Responsibility for Delivery Times and Carrier

Delivery times are indicative; they cannot be taken as a guarantee, although we generally fulfill them in 90% of orders. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping company with which we will send your package, while always maintaining transit times.

ecodiverso.com's liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions that impede normal traffic by land, sea, or air, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
